Chance Wilson founder and executive producer for Notice Today Network interviewed rock legend Paul O’Neill founder of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO). Paul was interviewed by Chance via satellite from Virginia to New York at the WSKY-TV studios.  TSO has sold more than 7 million albums and


has inspired millions of fans for years. TSO has become one of the world's top acts including a recent mention in Billboard magazine as one of the top touring artists of the past decade.
